Summary- Staying in shape is very healthy for your body. It also is good for your health and it gives you more self confidence. In the end it changes your overall appearance and you get stronger and more toned. Staying in shape also means eating right and and eating the healthier things. It is not always easy to eat and commit your self daily. Just try it for a month and you will begin to see a change in your body and, you will fell better too. Staying in shape can also give you a great piece of mind and can take stress off your body. We all have stress and have dealt with it, so why not make it go away? Make this your everyday routine and remind yourself you want to be better than what you already are. Once you do these steps, life in the appearance and physical way will be better
than being a lazy couch potato.
Critique- I personally like staying in shape and working out. I just need to start eating healthy and my body will look and feel better.
