Strokes keep away from me, I got Apples and Pears

  http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/09/110915163523.htm

Summary- That's what a Dutch study says. Researchers found out that eating the daily fruits and vegetables a day can protect you from a stroke. So since fruits and vegetables give you a lower risk and better protection, researchers then ask themselves what if it depends on the color.
Did you know that vegetables and fruits were finally categorized into 4 color groups
  • Orange/Yellow color is mostly citrus fruits.
  • Red/Purple color is mostly vegetables or red vegetables
  • Green including the dark green color counts as cabbages and vegetables
  • 55% is the white color and it was apples and pears
They took a 10 year follow up on the people who did that survey thing. 233 strokes were counted, but the lower stroke incident is of the people who ate apples and pears compared to people who ate alot of it and people who ate very little.
So this just tells you to eat your fruits and vegetables, get a few fruits a day to help you get a lower risk of stroke.

Critique-  This was a good article and i would read it over and over if I had to, but I'm not.

Impact- This makes a great impact on people related to strokes and that don't eat enough fruits and vegetables a day.
